This Refund & Return Policy is applicable to all purchases made from Jugnu Agro Products. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Due to the nature of our products (atta, flour, and edible oils), we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards. Therefore, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions mentioned below.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is damaged or leaking
- The wrong product has been delivered
- The product is defective, spoiled, or unfit for consumption
To be eligible, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
SECTION 2 – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products returned after 24 hours of delivery
- Products returned without valid proof (images/video)
- Dissatisfaction due to taste, texture, or personal preference
SECTION 3 – RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return or replacement request:
- Contact us via email or phone with your Order ID
- Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue
We reserve the right to verify the claim before approving any return or refund.
SECTION 4 – REPLACEMENTS
Once your request is approved:
- We will arrange a replacement of the product at no extra cost, OR
- Offer an alternative solution at our discretion
SECTION 5 – REFUNDS
If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method or via bank transfer
SECTION 6 – ORDER CANCELLATION
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
SECTION 7 – SHIPPING DAMAGE
In case of visible damage during delivery:
- Customers are advised to refuse the delivery, OR
- Record an unboxing video for proof
Failure to provide proof may result in rejection of the claim.
SECTION 8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Jugnu Agro Products shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
SECTION 9 – NATURAL PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
Our products are natural and minimally processed. Slight variations in color, texture, or aroma may occur and shall not be considered defects.
